Ready Set Rentables just got a refresh, and I’m so glad you’re here!
The relaunch of Ready Set Rentables is officially live, and it’s built with a specific type of host in mind: the DIY host. This site is for hosts who are designing, setting up, refreshing, and improving their rentals on their own. Without hiring designers, coaches, or expensive consultants.
My goal is to provide clear, visual, practical tools that help you make confident, creative decisions without overthinking every step.

Short-term rental advice is everywhere and can get overwhelming fast. Endless opinions, conflicting strategies, and expensive upsells really don’t help when you’re just trying to make smart, informed choices.

Introducing MarketLens
As part of the relaunch, MarketLens is a new tool, starting with Phase 1.
Phase 1 lets you explore select markets and quickly get a feel for what’s happening in an area, including:
- What’s working well in an area
- Common risk factors or friction points to avoid
- Where there’s room to improve or differentiate
MarketLens is meant to be a quick, high-level overview that helps you decide whether a neighborhood is worth a closer look, not a tool for deep financial analysis. Future phases will introduce additional markets, data, and deeper insights to help analyze opportunities more thoroughly.
